Costs Other Than the Price

Communication charges for internet access and similar costs are borne by the User.

Payment Method and Timing

Please transfer to the account stated on the invoice we issue. The wire transfer fee is borne by the customer. The usable period is 30 days from the day the Company confirms receipt of the transfer. We complete the contract procedure once payment is confirmed.

• Bank transfer: billed for the calendar month and due by the end of the following month.
• Other methods separately designated by the Company.

Timing of Service Provision

After you apply for the free trial, the Service becomes available once the Company issues your account. After the contract procedure is completed, you may continue to use the Service from the time of completion.

Special Terms on Returns and Cancellation

Given the nature of the Service, no refunds are made for services already provided. During the free trial period, you may cancel at any time upon request. Cancellation conditions after a contract is concluded are as set out in the Terms of Service.
